How quickly can a temporary structure or heavy deck floor be constructed?
At a heights of up to 1.5 m we can construct 2000m2 in 24 hours.
Do you need to use plant to install Heavy Deck?
Yes. Each panel weighs 650 kg. However, we do have a lighter weight system that can be installed by hand.
What loads can your panel system cope with?
Heavy Deck can take 10 kN per m2 but more if required. Please speak to us for further details.
Do you supply just to the UK?
No. We can install anywhere in the world subject to the constraints of individual projects.
Can I hire flooring and install using my own labour?
Yes. If additional training is required we can provide a supervisor on site.
Once your system has been installed how frequently does it need to be inspected?
It comes with its own generic calculations so doesn't need to be inspected for sign off? However, dependant on the size and duration of hire we will include a service inspection visit if deemed necessary.

What can I use HeavyDeck for?
HeavyDeck is very strong it can take an 800kg horse show jumping and it can if needed take vehicles and plant. (if specified). If your need is not so heavy weight then we can adapt the system to utilize Cassette flooring and save you money along the way.

TSG can provide any type of structure to meet your demands. Our main stock includes aluminum clear span marquees of all sizes, however if we don't have it we can source it.
